Dr. Christopher P. Millward (PhD, MRCS, MBBS, MSc, BSc Hons)
Christopher is an experienced healthcare professional and has previously worked as an NHS neurosurgeon and Senior Civil Servant at the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). He brings expertise in governance, risk management, and strategic healthcare leadership to Belmere.
Dr. Elizabeth R. Sweeney (MRCP, MBChB, BSc Hons)
Elizabeth is a Consultant Hepatologist and a departmental governance lead within a major NHS teaching hospital. With over a decade of clinical experience, she specialises in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing patient populations with complex health needs. Her expertise in clinical audit, governance and safeguarding ensures that Belmere homes operate at the highest possible standard.
